Today DonateLife released the 2020 Deceased Organ and Transplantation Data report.
2020 was a difficult year, with a national decrease in organ transplantation. However one of the fortunate people to receive a life-saving organ donation last year was Canberra man Ash Morgan.
Ash underwent a lung transplant in November and is making a remarkable recovery in Sydney. He'll be walking with friends and family in the virtual Gift of Life's DonateLife Walk 22-28 February to help raise awareness of the life-saving potential of organ donor registration. See Ash's story here.
